Refund policy
We want to be sure you are happy with your purchase from Japanese Cosmetics.
If your purchase didn’t meet your expectations, you have up to 14 days from the date of receiving your order to return unused item(s) to us in order to receive a full refund or an exchange.
In order for the return to be accepted, it must respect the following rules:
- For hygiene reasons, the product can’t be returned after it has been used or opened. If the hygiene seal or tags are removed, the purchase is definite.
- The product(s) has to be sealed in its original packaging, including the protective cellophane or labels (if any) - if the product box has no mark or seal, you must keep intact the box, or any other packaging.
- Shipping fee for returns are at the customers own cost.
- Save your tracking code link as proof of shipping.
- After receiving the product(s) back we will write you a confirmation message. If you proceed accordingly to all the information and the product(s) are received by us sealed and in their original packaging, we will review the case within 5 working days. If the terms are approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 working days.
Return Conditions for Combs, Beauty Devices, and Other Personal Care
Products According to current legislation, personal care items, including combs, beauty devices, massagers, electric brushes, etc., are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once unsealed and used. However, returns are possible in exceptional cases under the following conditions:
1. The product has not been unsealed or used
Only new, unopened products in their original packaging without any damage, signs of unsealing, or use are eligible for return.
All seals, protective films, components, and documentation must remain intact and undamaged.
The return request must be submitted within (14 days) from the date of receipt.
2. Manufacturing defects or damage from the manufacturer
If the product has a manufacturing defect (e.g., it does not turn on, certain functions do not work, or there are visible material defects), the buyer must contact us within (14 days) from the date of receipt.
To confirm the defect, the buyer must provide photos and videos of the product and its packaging.
After verification, an exchange for the same product or a refund may be issued.
3. Incorrect item received
If the wrong model or product was mistakenly sent, we accept returns provided that the item has not been used and remains in its original condition.
The return will be processed after our specialists inspect the item.
Important Notes:
Used items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Return shipping costs are covered by the company in cases of incorrect shipments or defective items. In other cases, return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.
The return and exchange process is carried out in accordance with applicable laws and our internal policies.

Please contact our Customer Service via Messenger or send an e-mail to info@japanesecosmetics.pl before returning any goods.
We need you to let us know the order number, the item(s) you want to return and also provide a small explanation of the situation to our e-mail, attaching photos (if necessary). We will provide you with instruction and all the necessary information needed to arrange the return.
Note that all expenses made for returns such as shipping fee is on the customers’ own cost.
